Two interviews over the phone. One to assess culture and fit with a current employee. This was more a list of questions rather then a conversation. The other was with a director of the team I was applying to. This was a normal flowing conversation with interview questions here and there. The last step was to meet the CEO in person or via Skype, lunch with the Customer Success team and meet with the VP of operations. The spot I was applying for was filled before my onsite interview date. I enjoyed talking to both employees over the phone and HR was very responsive, quick, and informative.
