I applied online, was selected for an initial recruiter phone screen. I had a great call with the lead recruiter over the phone to start and was moved on to next rounds with the head of recruiting. I was then sent a short personality assessment and then had a final interview with another individual involved in the decision making process. This company was my top choice of all the companies I was interviewing with at the time. Communication was on point throughout the whole interview process which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I was not selected - which is okay. I really felt that I handled the rejection gracefully...But upon asking for feedback, I was ghosted. I followed up several days later and asked again for feedback and got a response asking for times I was available to talk. I gave the individual times that I was available but never heard back. I was a bit disappointed with the sudden 180 in communication as soon as I was rejected but wish the company and team all the best.
