Spectacular communication -- they gave an overview of what the process would be like and followed it to the letter. Everyone has been kind, communicative and inclusive. They really do seem to be creating an interview culture that values both prospective employees and current team members. The first interview was a phone interview, and the next were video with both supervisors and more junior team members.
