The interview process had three rounds. For the final round, applicants had to create a presentation in which they discuss three to four pieces of marketing content they'd created. Despite expressing enthusiasm for my work, I was not offered the role. While it sucks to not receive an offer after such a rigorous interview process, I wouldn't have felt so shaded if I'd received more than a template rejection email saying "Thanks for applying, but we'll not be moving forward with your application" as if I hadn't gone through three separate interviews and stayed up until 2 AM developing a 45-minute presentation. Quorum seems like a neat company and I genuinely liked the individuals who interviewed me, but receiving such a cold rejection with no offer of feedback left me feeling like my time and effort weren't respected.
