I applied for a job in Brazil (Remote) and the HR department sent me a link to schedule an interview. I scheduled the interview for 8AM, but one day before the meeting, the HR representative changed the time without asking if it was convenient for me. Despite this, I joined the meeting at the newly scheduled time. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes with no response from the HR team. After waiting for three hours, I received an email from the HR representative apologizing for the inconvenience and saying that she would reschedule the interview. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from them since that email, even though it has been nine days now.
