Phone interview with Recruiter.
Standard questions with the pathetic last question: what's your salary expectation?
This was followed with phone interview with hiring manager.
In person interview with hiring manager and their manager then happened.

Question 1
How do you handle situations where you have conflicting priorities and projects?
Communication after the final interview could be improved. Despite following up, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my application for several weeks. Providing candidates with timely updates, even when decisions are still pending, would create a better candidate experience.
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
