Multiple rounds process was done in 1 week. The call came from recruiter for a back fill which is an easier position as they need someone to complete unfinished work and deliver
Communication after the final interview could be improved. Despite following up, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my application for several weeks. Providing candidates with timely updates, even when decisions are still pending, would create a better candidate experience.
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
