Interview
No phone screen, just called for a face-to-face interview with the hiring managers. Pretty standard interview with 2 managers and 2 members from their teams. They were interviewing the same pool of candidates for 2 open positions so each manager had slightly different questions. It was a pretty relaxed conversation with basic interview questions (past experiences, computer skills, etc).

Did a hiring event where they were conducting 30 minute interviews. Interview was pretty easy, mainly behavioral questions, and 1 or 2 technical questions gauging your proficiency on programming. Such as how to find the least child in binary tree.
It was smooth 1 round got back to me in a week, it wasnt too stressful besides 3 interviews just throwing questions at you. It was ahiring event so luckiy there werent more rounds after I think the diffulity was average dont get too nervous make it conversational and keep smiling.
The interview was conducted by both the Director and the Senior Manager. They asked detailed questions about my background as well as my experience related to the responsibilities of the role. I also delivered a presentation demonstrating how to integrate digital communication systems effectively.
