Extremely long-winded process with no communication between rounds and weeks of silence. Undertook 3 rounds of interviews, did one personality test, then received a generic decline without feedback. I then asked for some feedback but my email was ignored. One interview was extremely awkward where someone on the panel kept on disappearing off-camera, was clearly not listening to my answers, and didn't seem to care. Given no time to ask questions for any of the rounds, which was poor form. Got the feeling they already had an internal candidate (one of the hiring panel even admitted as much), which felt like a complete waste of time for all the poor people who applied and dedicated their time to doing their best.
