Interview
I applied through an Indeed ad and heard back within a day, set up an interview the same day. I had 1 interview with the district and store manager at a coffee shop, the interview was very easy and lasted about 45 minutes. They said they would contact me in a week but it ended up taking about 3 weeks to hear back.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Melbourne) in Feb 2020
Interview
Lovely HR staff informed success of interview for either a supervisor role or full time sales associate.
I didn’t know which role or which location I would be interviewed for.
I didn’t get a great vibe at all from this interview. Fairly aggressive energy.
What I didn’t appreciate is after leaving the interview hearing a ‘no’ and laughter from both interviewers.
Glad I didn’t get an offer. Wouldn’t want to work under such a rude and unprofessional management.
First part is a virtual interview. You have to use a mobile device or a computer to have access. The application can be filled out online as well. Other than that you pretty much meet with the hiring manager and it will be up to them whether or not you will be invited to a second interview with the general manager.
