Very professional but also engaging. When compared with other companies you need to come prepared but you will feel like you are being treated well and not being intimidated. Anyone who gets the opportunity to interview there are set moving forward

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
HR reached out via linkedin, and we had a brief phone interview. Met with HR & was escorted quietly to a SVP's office. Apparently I was interviewing to replace someone they had not yet fired...
Did not hear anything for 3-4 months, not even a reply to my thank you note/follow-up.
They finally call, and I meet with the same SVP & her team- an AE had left for another company and created the opening. Entire process from that point took 2 weeks.
