HR reached out via linkedin, and we had a brief phone interview. Met with HR & was escorted quietly to a SVP's office. Apparently I was interviewing to replace someone they had not yet fired... Did not hear anything for 3-4 months, not even a reply to my thank you note/follow-up. They finally call, and I meet with the same SVP & her team- an AE had left for another company and created the opening. Entire process from that point took 2 weeks.
