The interview process felt unorganized and lacked transparency. The job description was unclear, and many of the questions asked during the interview didn’t seem relevant to the role. I was also not informed beforehand that more than one person would be interviewing me, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Better communication and clearer expectations would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

HR screen called and said they'd like my availability for the next week so I sent it to them. Never heard back until 2 weeks later, and they said sorry that they were delayed, they hadn't forwarded my resume to the actual direct manager and that they were waiting for feedback. They proceeded to introduce me to another lower level job to see if I was interested. Then they asked me for my availability again. Didn't hear from them for another 1.5 weeks. They they said they were in final stages for the manager role, and that they haven't heard for the lower level role. Then they said they'll be in touch. It's been 2 weeks since then.
