Found the JD that seemed like a good fit for my profile and their HR contacted me to schedule an interview.
Upon meeting the hiring manager, turns out what they were looking for was more tech related than what was in the JD and he was visibly confused as to why I initially thought I was a good fit.
Seems to be a bit of a miscommunication between the team looking to hire and the company's HR
