I applied through my college for a Campus Drive.First they asked us to send creative CV's from us.Some students were shortlisted for the Group Discussions.Later on Psychometric test was conducted.Finally PI was conducted.
First GD then two rounds of interview . First one will be technical and then there will be hr interview . If you are MT position then based on the crowd test will be kept

The company came to campus for hiring students. It was pool campus drive so around 400 students were present. It started with an aptitude round followed by group discussion and two rounds of personal interviews.
