It was a group interview with about 6 other people remote over video. The interview questions were easy, but the interview took a very long time about 1 hour and 45 mins. It took long because there were so many other people interviewing and you had to wait your turn. We also had to do a writing section, and this weird reasoning IQ test. The manager was nice, as well as the other people in the group interview, but it was definitely overkill. Especially since this is a basic entry level job.

There was a group interview that asked basic questions and afterward, they gave you two tests. One was incredibly silly--a timed test that asked random questions to see how fast you think on your feet. The last was a written assessment answering how you'd handle a few customer service scenarios.

It was a group interview with three girls total over a zoom call. We would take turns answering the question first, so you got to think when the other girls answered. The interviewer was relaxing and nice and lasted about 25 minutes.
