I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Regus (Reading, England) in Sep 2013
Interview
Had to make 3 x longhaul trips at over £200 per trip for two interviews (the AD missed the 1st coz he was caught up in traffic!!), verbal and email promises made so I would resign and accept job, interviews were all about what I could do for them, nothing about what the company would do for me, I only got my employment contract a couple days before I started, then I saw all the Ts and Cs etc etc
