Sono stato contattato dall'HR dell'azienda durante il mio ultimo anno di laurea magistrale. Primo step conoscitivo telefonico con HR. Prerequisito per continuare l'iter di selezione voto di laurea >= 102. Secondo step chiacchierata informale in presenza (periodo pre-covid) con un manager della società con descrizione ad alto livello del business model aziendale e risultati raggiunti negli ultimi anni. Molto focalizzato su quanto sia bello lavorare per loro e sugli eventi organizzati annualmente per premiare i dipendenti (RED FLAG). Nessuna domanda o test tecnico (ALTRO RED FLAG).

Esercizio in pseudocodice per testare la capacità di problem solving.
Troppo semplice entrare. In pratica ti prendono a prescindere dal colloquio. Serve una laurea e basta. Poi dopo questo c'è un colloquio successivo pre assuntivo. Non ho altro da aggiungere
