Pros

I’ve worked at Sprint Reply for five years and have progressed to Senior Technology Consultant during that time, from being employed as a graduate. One of the main reasons I’ve stayed is that there is always something new to learn. The variety of projects and technologies means there are plenty of opportunities to develop new skills, and you don’t feel stuck doing the same thing. People are trusted with responsibility quite early and given the freedom to learn as they go, while still having support available when needed. The culture is another big positive. Everyone is friendly and it’s a genuinely sociable place to work. We have monthly Sprint socials alongside the wider Reply events, so there are always opportunities to meet people outside your immediate team. The salary is competitive, particularly for the North, and the overall benefits package is really good too.

Cons

As with most consultancies, the day-to-day experience and type of work available can vary depending on the project you’re assigned to.
