Independence: a lot of freedom for own decision when to work and where. Good offices, they do often parties and pay for food

Salary can be bigger when you have such fancy office

Holdings structure great especially as a graduate, you get the benefits of a large company as well as the benefits of a smaller company. Freedom and flexibility around work and no micromanagement.

No structure for early Carrers, I would especially avoid data reply, UK at all costs. The management doesn't know what their doing and lay off staff who don’t vibe with them
