Interview
Had a 1 1/2 hour Interview only to get rejected, was toured around the Building and introduced to other people that work there only to get rejected. The interview was not hard, but they should not waste Peoples Time, with almost goint to the 2 hour mark and then reject them.

How would you explain object oriented programming to someone, who does not know about the topic
1. Initiativbewerbung: Ich wurde nach einem Anruf eingeladen mit meinem CV zu einem Gespräch zu kommen.
2. Gespräch vor Ort in Innsbruck: Kurzes Kennenlernen und Abklären welche Erwartungen bestehen.
3. Call mit HR: Präsentation der Firma
4. Call mit Abteilungsleitern aus Deutschland: Abklären von Motivation und Einsatzgebiet.
5. Rückmeldung: Zusage und Vertrag.
