I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reply (Garching b.München) in Nov 2021
Interview
First step: Nice "get to know you" interview.
Second Step: Coding challenge to complete in 2 hours but the requirements should take at least 1 week to complete, I felt rushed and did what
I can do it in 2 hours.
I delivered but the next day I received an email that I don't meet their technical expectation. I don't know what they are trying to test with this rushed approach but I don't think it's a good challenge to assess my skills.
I think I did a great job in these 2 hours. however, it was weird to get this response and stop the process at this point.
