Product skills: How you work with your team, examples of how you deal with challenges, work with devs, designers, stakeholders. 3. Product Sense: Showing how you would breakdown a problem and find your way to understanding what the problem is and finding a solution 4. Bar Raiser: The last true step where if you pass you have a final call with the equivalent CPO. In the Bar Raiser you have to showcase how you would improve the team at Revolut by talking through your history, achievements and what your colleagues would say about you. A unique and thorough interview with the senior members of the team.
