I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ricoh (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2013
Interview
I got an email AND a phone call asking me to schedule an appointment to speak with them because they were interested in hiring me, so I scheduled a time for the next day. to a putz names Mike (most likely just a recruiter), he told me the interview would be very quick because I was such a perfect fit for this position since I did basically the same duties at my previous job. He asked me if I could commute to Baltimore, MD and I said yes, then asked if 12.50/hr was okay (which seemed low but I wasn't going to argue) and I said yes again, then told me he was going to send me to the hiring team next and I should expect a call within a week. To my surprise, four days later I received an email saying "We wanted to let you know that we will be moving forward with other candidates who more closely fit our current business needs". This was a complete 180 from the way they led me on, which really isn't very professional at all!

I was a temp for hire. No interview was given since my productivity and my attendance was good. But I have to write 30 words on here or I can’t review the job I’m apply for currently. This is beyond ridiculous.
