It was a straightforward process which identified opportunities, skills, experience, needs, growth and potential career path. Moreover, was able to meet key members of staff at all levels and was able to understand the regional account profiles.

How would you design a solution in 1 hour for a million dollar enagagement?
1 hr interview with the hiring manager but it felt more like an interrogation. Kept asking questions and doubting my answers with an attitude. Interview was not pleasant, hiring manager said if I don’t accept offer that is same as my current salary then no point for further discussion, waste of time.

The process was very smooth and the team was great with communicating and getting back to me in a timely manner. The interview was laid back and the environment was great which really allows one to be comfortable.
