Great! They were genuine about getting to know me and making sure I knew as much as possible about Ricoh and the job. They were very forthright in answering my questions and providing as much detail as possible.
Two phone calls with recruiter followed by zoom meeting with District Manager. Manager spent most of the interview telling me how hard he worked and how busy he was. Didn't ask me many questions, but really wanted me to know how important he was.
The interview process was easygoing and start forward. The managers seem to want the best for their team, and work hard to ensure you succeed. Would definitely apply if anyone is looking.

You're interviewed in the same little meeting room with two other candidates at the same time. The questions are situational and the sales manager is present as well as the hr manager. The whole experience was very awkward and it seem completely unnecessary to have three people competing there for the best answer
