Was very simple, received a phone call and was called in as well. They asked very general questions relative to work experience and how you would do on the job. My interviewer was extremely friendly which helped the interview go smoothly.

It was bad. They were not supposed to see color.it was racist.
Plus the fact that they don't speak English but they expect you to speak Italian and English is very very poor and sad expectations
