I recently had an interview that left me feeling unprepared and uncomfortable. The interview was somewhat impromptu, with random and unusual questions. It lasted for two consecutive days and required me to share designs. The interviewer's demeanor was rude and unprofessional. As a result, I decided not to continue with the hiring process. I believe there is room for improvement in creating a more structured and respectful interview experience for candidates.
