I went through 3 interviews. I interviewed with a hr rep, my manager, and the General Manager. Most asked very standard by the book questions. Generally to do with your successes, and failures. They use standard questions that you will hear everywhere. Just answer confidently. If you are interviewing for sales they just want to see how well you react on the spot.
