I went through 3 rounds of interviews, after each round, I found more discrepancies on the posted job description. Until the second round, I was finally informed that the position I applied for was a contract position for their client, which was not mentioned anywhere on the job post! I had a phone screening, virtual interview with my camera on, and then an in-person interview with another employee at a local cafe. During my third round, I was informed my interviewer was not even the hiring manager nor in charge of the client location, but I learned this position is open due to their current employee having performance issues. Overall, there was a lack of transparency within my overall interview process,
