Interview
I applied online at the Right At School website. Then I was contacted through my school principal that a Right At School member from HR and senior program manager would be coming out for interview. They came out to the school I worked in to interview me and several other potential candidates. After the interview I was told I would hear from them within two weeks with either an offer or a thank you for my time letter. I was offered the program manager position. Roughly a week after that I was contacted by COO regarding the Area Manager position. We did a phone interview. I was offered the position the next day. Four days later I was in Evanston for week long training.
