Interview
It was a zoom interview, schedules a couple days in advance. The director was on time to the interview and had an easy going personality from the time she said hello. She was very informative and laid out the terms of what she was expecting once I was hired.
It was fairly quick and simple, we talked about experiences, and what not as well as what brought me to this field of work. We talked about education and training as well in this field of work.

Interview
In person interview at a practical set up. It was welcoming and the supervisor took the interview. It took place while the evening program was taking place. They explained the work environment. One person only took the interview.
It was a super easy process. Job offering on the spot. They asked basic questions and also situation questions. They mainly focus on if the person has reliable transportation and form of communication is super easy to reach.
