      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ring in Jul 2016

      Interview

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter via email to set up a phone interview the next day. I gave her a time, but she said she was booked so I gave her a larger time slot to choose from for the next day. She called me and asked very basic questions regarding my HR experience, what part of HR I like best, salary history and expectations, and why I left my previous jobs. I felt qualified for the job as I already have worked in HR in a similar role with way more responsibilities before. The only downfall during our conversation is that she interrupted me a lot while I was telling her my HR experience and which part of HR I liked most. Perhaps she was seeking a specific answer that I was giving, but her questions could be a bit more clear. I've definitely spoken to more generous and warm recruiters who were more engaging. She seemed tired during our call and didn't seem interested at all. She also called me a few minutes late. She said she will move forward with onsite interviews the next day. I didn't receive a call or email though I feel qualified for the job. Didn't really care because I didn't feel rapport with the recruiter anyway.
