Products, culture, snacks, indoor facility, and remote work

Cons

Covid, low pay 18 hourly. Fired for Performance Scores a lot employees let go for wrong reasons. Arizona have the rights to fire for whatever reason but companies dont care other than profits. They work employees overseas paying 9 bucks a day and now using AI to do the jobs.

Work from home benefits pay is consistent

Cons

the leadership is toxic & is using AI to replace jobs not much room for growth no one is available when someone requests a supervisor on the phone so people just yell at you forever and it impacts your metrics which hurt your ability to get promoted in the future everyone is getting outsourced to overseas or AI and customers are upset but the CEO doesnt care as long as they make profit
