Pros

- lots of people care about the work - lots of cool projects to dig into and grow from

Cons

- owned by Amazon so you'd have to tolerate the constant threat of layoffs (I guess that's most big tech companies nowadays) - heavily pushing us to utilize AI solutions anywhere we can - not a lot of room for upward advancement

Pros

Fast paced. AI tools provided for development and project management. The pay is very competitive. Talented engineers work there.

Cons

They decided to close a few offices (PA & OH) and told everyone from those offices they had to move Boston to keep their job. No severance if you did not opt to move. No empathy for the employees or their families. Upper Leadership is a disaster, lots of recent turnover, you can easily have multiple managers within a 12 month period.

Pros

Competitive compensation and solid benefits package. Strong brand and opportunities to work with talented peers.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities create uncertainty. Management practices can feel pressure-driven, with limited psychological safety and insufficient support for sustainable workloads.
