      Technical Support Agent Interview

      Jul 20, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Glendale, AZ
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Ring (Glendale, AZ)

      Interview

Received a call from a recruiter that asked me a couple questions about my work history and availability for an interview. Then I received an email for an in person interview a couple days later. The in person interview was brief but very unorganized. I learned that the recruiter should have asked me several questions that he did not. I asked about training and metrics and the answers I received were very vague. I got the feeling the company is too new and still figuring things out. I thought the interview went okay but wasn't too excited after seeing the confusion. I received an email the next day that someone from their QA department would be contacting me the same day for another interview. Never received a call.... This company is a mess and did not give a very good impression.
