First interview was a phone call. We chatted for a bit about my work history and he asked me a question. After answering I was offered to come in for an in person interview the next day. When I arrived I was interviewed by the same guy I spoke to on the phone. After showing me around, he took me to an office, where I was asked a few more questions. After answering i was offered a job.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me within 3-5 b/d over the phone for a brief interview and then scheduled a onsite interview that included a tour of office a opportunity to shadow someone already trained in job a applied for and then a one on interview with a hiring manager.
