      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Ring

      Interview

I applied online and was ecstatic when I received an enthusiastic email the next day inviting me to set up a phone interview. After lots of preparation, I was excited to speak to their senior recruiter. However, they left me hanging not once, not twice, but THREE times. The first time I followed up, I received an immediate response apologizing for miscommunication on their end and the recruiting coordinator manually the the time for the second time. However, the recruiter stood me up, again. Come the third time, I was thinking to myself I was doing something wrong but maybe they would come around and actually call me. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was left hanging, yet again. Needless to say, I never actually interviewed with this company. I'm very disappointed because I was excited to join what appeared to be, a friendly and fast-paced and fun work environment and grow with this company.
