The HR was very professional. The process was very smooth. HR interview first, then had a phone call with the hiring manager. Onsite interview was in there Santa Monica office. Interviewed by 4 guys from 4 teams. 3 of them were very friendly. The last guy was in a hurry and a little bit rude because he had been working overtime for some issues. Overall, the interview experience was good. In fact I noticed many issues when using their product. Main issues are performance and data loss. I tried to talk about these issues and solutions during the interview but it seems they were not interested. I got the reject email after two weeks. My experience is mainly backend using big data technologies but it seems they were looking for a lower level database management engineer. Maybe I'll apply other positions in the future.
