It was pretty awful. The hiring manager had zero interest in explaining how an employee at Amazon could grow with the company. He was rude, unprofessional and I understand why this position is always popping up as available. The recruiter was amazing but Amazon values don’t appear to translate to Ring. Avoid if possible you might save yourself time spent in a toxic work environment.
