Ghosted After Final Round! There was initial screening with HM Then 4 interviews with different people A lot of questions about previous experience. Few design questions Few leetcodes Most questions were around leadership principles. They put a lot of emphasis on metrics, make sure all your answers are measurable. Interviewers were nice and professional. But recruiter experience really left a bitter taste. Did not respond to my questions and completely ghosted me after the final interview.
