Rokt Software Engineer interview questions

Our interview process is set to ensure we hire people with the right fit from a variety of perspectives. This typically involves a skills test - when assessing the test results, we evaluate the thought behind a solution in terms of data structures chosen, complexity, coding style etc, as much as it’s raw functionality. For these reasons we sometimes see candidates fail the skills test stage despite the fact their code has passed all the automated unit tests built into each question. Assuming this was the case, we understand this would have been communicated to you via the recruiter and/or our Hiring Manager. If you wish to do so, please contact us directly for further confirmation and feedback on your test results. Separately, we have searched our systems and can not find anyone that has completed a skills test that we did not provide feedback to. Therefore can you let us know your details as we are interested to find out how you slipped through the cracks? We understand that there will still be disappointment for applicants who do not proceed through each stage of the process.
