Root Inc. Claims Adjuster interview questions

Interview process was average, not consistent with getting back to people in a timely fashion already accepted another offer by the time they reached out a month later. Sounds like they are growing going through many changes.

Interview was okay but a bit awkward as the interviewer was breathing very heavily the entire time (phone interview) Other than that, basic questions, no fastballs. Overall fine. I got the sense that there were a large number of interviewees as the process seemed very rushed and streamlined.
