Interview felt very stiff, team valued business goals and making money more than user outcomes and design values. Interview was a whole day process, took entire day for just portfolio review with multiple teams and also a on the fly design challenge. This was for an entry level position and it was more intense than it should have been.

Standard portfolio review, met with multiple members, questions about team structure and thoughts on design process and principals. Started with recruiter call, met with director of design, followed by a handful of designers. Everyone was very charming.

Interview
I think the i was stalking their design team on Dribbble and then a recruiter reached out to me.
Following a phone interview with the in-house recruiter I was phone interviewed by the VP of Product Design. I was then invited for an in-person interview. They were super flexible on the interview date.
All the day of the in-person interview I meet the full product design team, members of the comms design team as well as some product owners.
The interview is a full day but they do a pretty good job of prepping you on what to expect before hand. Be prepared talk about past work and to do a product design exercise. (it's not so bad)
Everyone was super positive.
