I did an interview with a recruiter then with 2 managers. They ghosted me after that. I even followed up with the recruiter, but I never received a response. I know someone else who had the exact same experience. It's interesting that both of us put our salary requirement as the top of the salary range since we had much more experience then the job post wanted, however we know someone else who was offered the job that has less experience then the minimum amount they wanted. Maybe they really don't want to pay the higher end of the salary range? Maybe that person is much better with interviews? I'm not sure, but it's an interesting coincidence. They could at least send an automated denial email so we aren't sitting here in limbo after we carved out the time to do 2 interviews.
