Interview
Straightforward process began with HR screening then face to face interview. HR walked me to manager's office. In turn manager showed me around new unit explained details of shift available and job details. Afterward was a comfortable peer interview. The usual behavioral interview questions were asked, all very conversational, nothing really unexpected.

HR Phone call, Behavior Based Questions with manager, Behavior based questions with peer. Week long process depending on needs of the unit. I would say their Magnet Hospital is a harder interview process.
I thought the interviewers were professional and polite. They focused on behavioral questions. I was given an opportunity to speak with higher level admin as well as current employees to inquire about day to day job responsibilities and overall job satisfaction.
