The interview as casual and conversational. I first spoke with a hiring manager in HR and scheduled an in-person interview shortly after. The hiring manager was knowledgable about my general questions. I was able to meet a few staff member after the interview.

Interview with nursing managers then a peer interview. The peer interview was with a group of 3-4 nurses from the unit. I received an offer the same day I had the interview. It was really efficient.

I thought the interviewers were professional and polite. They focused on behavioral questions. I was given an opportunity to speak with higher level admin as well as current employees to inquire about day to day job responsibilities and overall job satisfaction.
