I had a meeting with the RSM, and he was a fast talker. He was answering the questions he had asked me. The interview took about 30 mins. Everything felt very rushed.
Typical phone interview then follow up interview with the hiring manager. Went over previous experience, sales coaching, recruitment and people leadership skills. Discussed the district and shared a lot about the company and how it began.
