Two rounds of interviews. The last was a case study that was tough but fair as long as you could let them know how you got to your answer. Overall, not too bad.

Interview
You get an email from the company with a notice that they are interested in interviewing you. They send a case study and ask you to value the company using whatever method and come into the office and defend your work. They do not expect you to know the right answer but they do expect you to demonstrate your thought process. After a grilling from senior positions, junior analysis will come in and ask you questions to see if they like you.

How would you value a future cash flow if for only one year they were to make a billion dollars and then went back down to normal revenue? (Normal revenue is $20M)
