Interview
Phone Screening by HR, followed by phone interview with hiring manager. Couple weeks later I had an onsite interview with hiring manager, director and AE., Everyone was very accomedating and friendly.

They asked how I would handle a sales team that was inexperienced selling enterprise solutions.
5 to 6 step process- Get to meet a lot of leadership and people you will work with when you start. It has a lot of steps but all of them are great and really helps you feel comfortable about making a transition.
